Punch Out Technician

Now hiring Punch Detail in Reno!

Trillium Construction has an immediate need for Punch/Detail work for Multi-family Development in the Reno area.

Will perform prep for occupancy and punch list. Duties will be mostly paint touch up/match and drywall repair. Can also include minor repairs and hardware adds. Pay is $25+ an hour. Local help only/no per diem. 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri with overtime as needed. This is a long term project with a most excellent company, great culture and team.

Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in either paint, handyman, drywall or home remodels.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
* Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
* Must be able to pass all pre-hire screening.
