Construction Project Manager

One of the nation’s leading Multi-Family GC’s in Southeast US.. working primarily in FL, GA, SC, NC, AL, TN, is now hiring Construction Project Managers for the Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA areas.

This will be a direct hire opportunity with M/V/D, 401K, ESOP, bonuses, PTO and Holiday pay. $500/monthly vehicle allowance.
Relocation assistance provided to those who qualify. Office setting. No remote or hybrid working schedule.

Base salary: $135K-$160K (based on over all experience)

Duties:

Provide leadership, cost control and oversight for all phases of construction: from the buyout of subcontracts to
site work, framing, finishing and the turn-over.
Develop Schedules and budgets.
Build strong relationship between owner, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

MUST have 5+ years of ground-up wood frame multi-family/multi-story build exp as a Project Manager.
Completed at least 2 new builds from start to final completion within in the past 5 years
Garden style and mixed-use build experience is a plus

General Contracting experience
OSHA 30
Knowledge of Procore very beneficial or other similar software
