Electrical Technical Trainer

Now hiring an Electrical Technical Trainer for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking an Electrical Technical Trainer for direct-hire placement in Lenexa!

Annual salary is $60-80k Plus bonus and full benefit package. Our client is a well established energy expert and national leader in electrical planning, engineering, design and installation.

Job Duties:
• Effectively facilitates electrical apprenticeship, QuickStart, and trade-related training classes.
• Designs and develops technical and/or trade-related curriculum
• Conducts jobsite or on-site coaching .
• Actively participates in professional and trade-related organizations.
• Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture

Apply now!• 5+ years experience in the Electrical field preferred Journeyman/Masters license
• Proficient in the operation of audiovisual equipment, familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within electrical and/or specialty systems contractor field
• Basic computer skills
• Background as an instructor preferred
• Knowledge of codes is a plus
• Valid DL
