Now hiring an Assistant Project Manager for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager for direct-hire placement in Glenview, IL.

Annual salary is $75-95k. Our client is a woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, general contractor who has experience in many construction trades to include insulation, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, installation and grinding, HVAC, electrical, and demolition.

Job Duties:
• Assist the teams with project launch and document recording
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes
• Assist Superintendents and Project Managers with any project start up requests
• Assist the PM with Subcontract packages
• Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Develop project schedules and forecast labor needs for active jobs.
• Assist estimators and business development as technical resource on new projects.
• Develop punch list and ensure successful completion of project meeting customer expectations

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, required.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to pass Federal background check
