Job Description

Our client is a full-service award-winning firm providing design-build, general construction, construction management, and real estate development service in all areas of construction within the high-end hotel, government owned facility, industrial, residential, commercial, multi-family, marine and civil projects.

They are now hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager or Operations Manager for a 2 year+ OVERSEAS project on Saipan Island (Northern Mariana Islands).

All travel expenses will be covered. Housing and transportation will be provided on the Island. Salary from $120,000-$140,000 base, there are no state or sales tax, Federal tax is a flat 9%. Full benefits package, medical, 401K, annual bonus up to 10%.

Duties:
•Oversee the day-to-day operations of all projects and estimating teams
•Design and execute construction strategies for all projects the company undertakes
•Lead and oversee business development and the estimating of projects
•Manage quality control and safety programs
•Assist with the hiring, training, and developing employees

Qualifications

•MUST have 10-15+ years exp as a Sr. Project Manager or Operations Manager.
•MUST have ground-up commercial and multi-family, multi-story concrete structure build experience.
•Strong leadership ability and work well in a team environment.
•CPM scheduling experience.
•Federal experience is a plus, but not required.
