Job Description
Our client is a well established national GC based out of the Chicago area. They have been in operations over 25 years specializing in multi-family, senior housing, student housing and cannabis dispensary commercial remodels.
They are now hiring a Construction Superintendent for a 5-8 week project in Springfield, IL. The project will be an interior remodel for a cannabis dispensary facility. Candidates will be working nights, 3rd shift from 8pm-4am, M-F.
Duties:
•Provide on-site management of field employees, maintaining schedules and subcontractor coordination.
•Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
•Delivering detailed daily progress reports

Qualifications
•5+ years of commercial on-site management experience
•Occupied space remodeling experience.
•MUST be open to working nights, 3rd shift (8pm-4am)
•Ground-up and/or build-out experience.
•Experience working on complex projects.
•Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
