Commercial Superintendent needed to oversee commercial TI’s for busy and growing company. Large company with a family feel. Work will be small TI’s in the Reno area. Competitive pay, beni’s and other perks.Good next step up from foreman and breaking in to higher supervision. Good way to change from residential supe to commercial supe.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience in commercial tenant improvement minimum with a proven track record.
Computer literate
Able to read plans, line out work, guide subs and run a safe job.
Skilled in leadership, communication, problem solving and all in a fast pased enviroment.
OSHA 30
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass pre-employment screening
