Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Call Center Manager for Direct hire opportunity.
Pay is $70,000-$75,000 plus full benefits and the hours are 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm.
A. Determines department operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis; identifying and evaluating state-of-the-art technologies; defining user requirements; establishing technical specifications, production, productivity, quality, and service -standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
B. Maintains a cohesive, highly trained, motivated team sufficient to meet daily demands.
C. Accomplishes human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, leading, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; approving payroll; communicating job expectations’ planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
D. Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
E. Analyze reports provided by Call Center Assistant Manager and Video Center Assistant Manager summarizing data and trends. Make operational adjustments and recommendations as needed.
F. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in operations management; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

-Must have 4-6 years call center management experience in a financial institution.
-Remote call center experience preferred.
-Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred but not required.
-Must be bondable; Adapt readily to change and be flexible with work shifts to accommodate extended operating hours and business needs.
