Job Description

Our client is a well-established national GC specializing in commercial, retail and restaurant remodels and build-outs.

They are now hiring a Construction Superintendent for a 2-3 month restaurant remodeling project in Los Altos, CA. Candidates will be working M-F, 40 hours a week, weekend work if needed. The pay rate is $40-$45/hour, (depending on level of experience). No per diem provided.

Duties:
•Provide on-site management of field employees, maintaining schedules and subcontractor coordination.
•Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
•Delivering detailed daily progress reports

Qualifications

•5+ years of commercial on-site management experience
•Restaurant, retail build-out experience
•Experience working on complex projects
•Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
