Job Description

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Supervisor of Machining for direct-hire placement!

The Supervisor manages and trains the direct labor force to ensure production plans are met, will enforcing polices, processes, procedures, safety requirements, and quality requirements. Candidates must be open to 2nd and 3rd shifts and open to Overtime on weekends. The annual salary is $60,000 - $70,000 per year to start.

Qualifications

-High School Diploma or GED required.
-Minimum 3 years experience supervising, leading or directing a team.
-Minimum 3 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
-Machining background preferred. 
-Good Computer skills (Microsoft Office and SAP).
-Basic understanding of machining.
