Trillium Technical is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to assist our client’s Tech Team in the Odessa, TX area.

The ideal candidate will have:
• 2 recent years working in Technical Support in a large enterprise environment.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent technical ability with Microsoft technology
• A+ Certification or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• 2 years Supporting users with technical issues
• 2 years’ experience supporting PC’s, Printers and other devices as needed
• 2 recent years working in Technical Support in a large enterprise environment

• A+ Certification or equivalent
