Are you an experienced Escrow Title Officer Manager seeking an opportunity to manage your own office and grow your business?
An established, reputable multi-site privately owned Title Company is offering just such an opportunity! Escrow Title Officer Manager will manage the entire Escrow process up to and including closings and business development. This position will perform all administrative duties related to escrow, including managing escrow files, processing escrows, ordering documents needed to close, completing grant deeds quitclaim deeds, notes, deeds of trust, etc., working with title department to resolve issues such as easements, tax liens, abstracts of judgements, boundary disputes, etc., supervise support personnel, coordinate closings, maintain customer relationships and develop new and existing business opportunities. Compensation will be based on experience and ability to grow the branch.
A strong base salary in the $50,000-$65,000+ per year, depending on experience and a % of the closings will result in an expected annual income of over $100,000. If you’re interested in this opportunity for an Escrow Title Office Manager, please apply today!
-At least 4 years of experience as an Escrow Title officer, a Notary Public certification and the ability to be bonded.
