Trillium Driver Solutions is looking for a Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to be based out of our Plainfield Illinois office.

Job Description

Trillium Drivers is now seeking an experienced Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to lead their sales and lead generating efforts in our Plainfield Illinois office.

Responsibilities and job duties to include:
*Reaching out to companies and prospects via cold calling, Social Media and email.
*Cultivating prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move prospects through the sales funnel.
*Performing a high volume of daily phone calls to key client accounts.
*Conducting phone-based data validation through high volume daily connects to secure leads
*Time Management
* Cold Calling
*Prospecting through social media and keeping accurate records
*Call and Marketing Skilled Appointment Setting
*Strong Communication skills
*B2B Sales
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.

This is a full-time opportunity. The hourly pay rate is $18-$20 per hour plus commissions. Trillium is proud to offer competitive BCBS PPO health, dental, and vision plans at affordable bi-weekly rates. Single coverage rates start at less than $100 per month. Our family coverage is less than $250 per month.

* High School Diploma or GED
* Previous staffing industry experience helpful
* 1 Year Previous B2B inside sales and /or business lead generation
