Trillium Technical is seeking Help Desk Analysts to work in a very busy IT Help Desk at our client’s Westwood, MA location. The right candidate will be the first line of technical support for 40K + users responding to a variety of technical questions and issues. Previous help desk experience preferred. Candidates must be well spoken, have strong phone and customer service skill and reliable. Attendance is critical.
