Now hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the corporate team in Kalamazoo!
Trillium is expanding our Corporate Office and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team!
This position is responsible for providing administrative collections support for our corporate office and branch locations. In addition, the person will perform new customer setup, collect new customer credit information, track sales adjustments and write-offs.
If you’re someone that can remain focused while providing accuracy and consistency in your work, we may have a position for you. We’re looking for a person who can multi-task in a fast-paced office environment, provide excellent service both to our internal and external customers, and to help maintain and improve our positive work environment. The ideal candidate must have proven organizational skills, ability to audit work, and provide great attention to detail. Pay is $13-15/hour.

-Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Excel are strongly preferred.
-Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or other similar platforms such as SAP or JD Edwards is helpful.
