Due to continued growth, Trillium Technical, an industry leader in the technical staffing business, is looking to add a Sales Development Representative to our team for the Metropolitan Midwest!

Looking for competitive, results driven, self-motivated Sales Professional with high integrity. This position will allow you to exercise and create partnerships that impact business. This individual will be looked to create trusted relationships and offer customized staffing solutions while offering a consultative approach.

The Sales Development Representative will be primarily responsible for new business development while identifying new areas of opportunity with new and existing clients to achieve annual growth. Will be using research tools to identify key stakeholders to create and transform how clients can enhance their talent acquisition initiatives.

• Business to Business sales experience is preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or sales
• At least 2 years of working experience in client and professional services environment.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a B2B space.
• Knowledge of consultative solution selling.
• Keen ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Superb time management, judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven high-impact communication and presentation skills.
• Regional travel may be required.
