Engineering Project Manager needed for Direct Hire in Green Bay, WI!
Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking a Project Manager for a growing organization in the Green Bay, WI area! The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, vendors, and industry partners. The PM will be dedicated to creating solutions for customers - recommending new equipment, control system updates, automation of manual tasks, updating existing layouts to improve flow, and assisting in streamlining production processes. Other responsibilities include coordinating inbound delivery, managing installation teams, and project budgeting.
This is a fantastic opportunity with a growing organization! Our client provides great benefits, profit sharing, and endless opportunity. Standard hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Wages range based on experience level, $65,000-$90,000 annually.

- BSME, BSEE or BS in related field of study - required
- 5+ years related experience within Food/Dairy or Pulp/Paper industry - required
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams - 500k/yr + budgets
- Proven experience developing rate & reliability models for manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Open to travel - 25% max.
