Job Description
Trillium Drivers is now seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead their recruiting efforts in their Highland Heights based driver office.
The Recruiter role is responsible for achieving the financial goals of branch office by maintaining employee and client relationships, maintaining a sufficient pool of field staff employees to meet current and anticipated customer demand, and filling clients’ orders with quality employees who will meet client expectations.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity. The annual salary is $50,000+ per year with commissions. Trillium is proud to offer competitive BCBS PPO health, dental, and vision plans at affordable bi-weekly rates. Single coverage rates start at less than $100 per month. Our family coverage is less than $250 per month.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous service industry experience
• Transportation Staffing experience is preferred but not required
