Our Talent Acquisition team is growing and is now hiring for several open positions in Kalamazoo, Michigan!
Our Talent Acquisition team is housed in our corporate headquarters and services over 100 offices nationwide with several specialty divisions. These positions are responsible for:
• Initial contact with job application
• Qualifying of job applicants of open positions nationwide
• Interviewing of job applications for open positions
• Providing hiring recommendations for a wide range of open positions
These positions offer exposure to job applicants ranging from entry level through executive level. These roles are a key component to our recruiting process and offer exposure to interacting with recruitment software, candidate marketing and recruiting for several verticles.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of HR and recruiting principles
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
