Looking for a competitive, results driven, self-motivated Sales Development Manager with high integrity. The Sales Development Manager will be able to exercise their well-developed management, networking, and sales skills, as well as develop knowledge in technical sales. The Sales Development Manager will primarily be responsible for new business development and achieving financial goals for the Trillium Technical division by creating, maintaining, and supporting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Business to Business sales experience is preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related course of study required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related course of study preferred.
• Previous temporary staffing experience and/or 3 years of sales management experience in a service industry.
• 2 years of previous leadership and supervisory experience in an office environment.
• Regional Travel may be required.
