Customer Service Rep needed in Gahanna, OH.
Trillium Staffing is looking for weekend customer service representatives for Durable Medical Equipment company!
This position will be mostly dispatching orders, monitoring the orders and following up accordingly.
You will be speaking mostly with technicians but will need to be personable as you may speak with customers as well from time to time.
The hours will be Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am-5:30pm.
Pay rate will be $15.00/hour.
Summary of Responsibilities:
• Dispatches all hospice and HME orders
• Dispatches all Rush orders
• Monitors orders dispatched
• Processes walker closet replenishment orders
• Prepares end of day dispatching reports
• Gathers all completed orders, edits and passes on to billing
• Troubleshoots service calls
• Provides excellent customer service to potential, new and existing customers.
