The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving the financial goals of the branch office(s) by: making sales calls to targeted prospective clients in order to bring in new business, developing and maintaining client relationships, expanding the current client base, and increasing the sales volume of existing customers.
Other duties and responsibilities will include:
*Negotiates, prices, signs, and bids sales/service agreements with customers and clients within Trillium guidelines.
*Responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and adjusting an effective marketing and fulfillment strategy to meet or exceed sales goals.
*Makes sales and service calls on a regular basis to established and prospective clients within an assigned territory.
*Maintains frequent contact with recruiters to discuss the availability of employees and anticipate client needs.
*Attends/travels to business events and trade shows to further connect with clients and market the Trillium brand.
Hours will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Some overtime may be necessary. Pay offered will be based on experience; the offer will include competitive base compensation plus uncapped earning potential within our commission structure and a full, comprehensive benefits package.

*High school education or GED is required.
*Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related course of study preferred.
*Previous temporary staffing experience and/or 2 years of sales experience in a service industry.
*Business-to-business sales experience preferred.
*Must hold valid driver’s license with good MVR and maintain insurance as position will require occasional travel.
*Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
