Ren\u00e9\u00a0Poch founder and CEO of the Trillium brand of staffing companies, announced the acquisition of\u00a0Phoenix, AZ\u00a0based\u00a0Executemps Southwest Staffing dba ESW Staffing\u00a0effective\u00a0September 25, 2018.<\/p>\n

ESW Staffing\u00a0was founded in 1983\u00a0and has developed a\u00a0diverse business portfolio, allowing the organization to become a regional leading provider of hospitality staffing and event\u00a0staffing services to the Phoenix and Tucson markets. As the area\u2019s longest standing hospitality staffing firm, the former ESW Staffing specializes in staffing large complex events requiring hundreds of credentialed and skilled staff as well as staffing smaller events requiring short term help for private banquets.<\/p>\n

The addition\u00a0marks the largest expansion into the hospitality staffing and event staffing sector for the\u00a0Trillium\u00a0Hospitality\u00a0brand specializing in the\u00a0hiring of servers, bartenders, chefs, cooks, supervisors, leads and other positions.\u00a0Clients in the southwest region\u00a0will now receive the additional benefit of Trillium\u2019s leading recruitment processes as well as the existing talent pool of nearly 2 million candidates. This marks Trillium\u2019s second acquisition this year in the hospitality and event staffing sector, following the February acquisition of Tampa, FL based Roy\u2019s Staffing, Inc.<\/p>\n

The former\u00a0ESW Staffing\u00a0will be led by Regional Vice President Nadine Garvin,\u00a0with existing General Manager Michelle Hansen overseeing daily operations.<\/p>\n
