The 2014 Staffing Employee Survey conducted by the <em>American Staffing Association<\/em>, revealed insight into temporary employees&#8217; satisfaction and compensation levels.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pubblog.in.trilliumstaffing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/staffing-employee-occupations-oct2014.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-2624\" src=\"https:\/\/pubblog.in.trilliumstaffing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/staffing-employee-occupations-oct2014.jpg\" alt=\"staffing-employee-occupations-oct2014\" width=\"496\" height=\"560\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The survey revealed that the\u00a0average temporary employee was making more than $17 per hour, many making more than $100 per hour. The increase in wages has a direct correlation to the swing in occupations that are being filled by staffing agencies today. More than a third of all staffing employees are working in higher skilled occupations, helping to drive their increase in wages.
