This event was created to offer young professionals in the Automotive industry an opportunity to network with prominent leaders in the industry. Registrants are welcomed with a FCA Keynote Speaker; this year was Steven Jakubiec, the FCA Advance Development Responsible, followed with a panel discussion including Noah Goodall, PhD, PE, with the Research Scientist of Safety, Operations and Traffic Engineering for the Virginia Center for Transportation, Dan Patient, Manager at Autoliv Electronics America (AEA) and Jeremy Tuggle, Engineering Manager with Continental Automotive Systems.

The event even offered registrants an unprecedented opportunity to experience some new innovations first hand. Conference attendees were offered Ride & Drive Events including Autocross, a SRT Thrill Ride, Jeep Off-Road Experience and the FCA Product Test Drive. Shanel Cholagh was fortunate enough to be the only Recruiter on the committee of over 300 members.
