Job Description
Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist for a reputable manufacturing facility in the area. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experiences, including hydraulic and pneumatic valves. We are offering a competitive salary that is negotiable based on your qualifications and experience.
Job Duties including but not limited to:
-Check Oil
-Safety of Machines
-Boiler Blow down
-Tank line inspection-crane and chain strength and ability-record findings
-Change filter as needed on boiler
-Repair; check safety of forklifts
-Check drains on roof
-Maintain records both by hand and electronically
-Maintain grounds and building of the entire facility
-Use Scissor lift and fork lift as needed
Qualifications
Qualified Candidates Must Possess:
-3 1/2 years minimum experience in maintenance position
-Journeyman license/certification
-Extremely experienced with hydraulic and pneumatic valves
-Ability to work with 12 volt-480 3-phase electrical
-Fork Lift experience
-Ability to use air, hand, and power tools
-Read blue prints-machine related
-PLC Allan Bradley or Siemens
-RS Logic
-Automation experience a plus!
-Basic computer skills
-Ability to lift 75-100 lbs. on an as needed basis
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
