Job Description
Will deal with customers via phone, email or face to face. Expected to respond promptly to customer inquiries. Must be able to sucessfully handle customer issues or complaints. Manage customer accounts, keep accurate records of customer interactions and perform appropriate follow up.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowldge and experience in a customer service role. Computer literacy and ability to work with Microsoft Office. Administrative procedure knowledge.
