Job Description
We have a full time opportunity for a Service Coordinator with a growing company! This person will be the main point of contact for customers and technicians in the field so phone skills and previous customer interaction is key. They will be answering phones, managing parts ordering and inventory, dispatching technicians and managing their maintenance schedule.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree preferred.
At least two years of manufacturing experience.
Mechanically inclined with a general understanding of maintenance procedures.
Good computer and phone skills a must.
Ability to adapt in stressful situations.
