Job Description
Trillium Staffing is seeking an IT Administrator for a 3rd shift opportunity whom will interface with both technical and non-technical personnel. Must be able to respond effectively to the support needs in a fast-paced 24 hour production / manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess:
-Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, Computer Networks and Systems, or equivalent preferred.
-Experience in end-user support, configuration and hardware/software deployment required.
-Must be able to climb ladders, work at elevated heights using a scissor lift, and stand/walk on manufacturing floor for 80% or more of shift.
-Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with and assist a wide range of end users.
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Self-motivated, learn new skills quickly, and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
-Ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities and workloads. Demonstrated ability to recognize and react to situations with a sense of urgency and total ownership.
-Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Must be a team oriented individual, yet also able to work effectively with minimal to no supervision.
-Must be willing to work 3rd shift.
-Responsibilities will require being on call via cell phone, and working occasional long days and weekends to implement system changes and ensure 24-hour support.
