Maintenance mechanic in a large machine shop.
Job Description
Maintenance mechanic in a large machine shop. Summary Plan will be troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machining equipment. They will be executing maintenance on and assembly of hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturing fixtures. Primary Responsibilities 1) Execute maintenance on assembly of hydraulic and pneumatic fixtures 2) Work with outside vendor support staff 3) Ensure clean and safe work area 4) Communicate with engineering department 5) Enforce all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
1) Blue Print Reading 2) Problem Solving 3) Ability to lift up to 70 lbs 4) Exemplary manual dexterity 5) Advanced knowledge of CNC machine operations 6) Advanced experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics 7) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC machinist 8) Must be able to operate manual mill, and manual lathe 9) Comfortable working on complex equipment with guidance from industry experts 10) Ability to read electronic schematics
