Job Description

Responsible for the administration and/or coordination of multiple programs and projects. Compiles and develops status reports, coordinates schedules, manages meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Responsible for the layout of presentations, reports, and statistical tables. Coordinates project activities and business plans and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Job Description:* Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules associated with External Balanced Scorecard (EBSC) for Supplier Quality; Non Conformance Tracking System (NCT) / Supplier Chargeback Approval Process (SCAP); Product Related Incident (PRI) / Yardhold Reporting * Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis* Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs* Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs* Interprets customer business needs and translates them into application and operational requirements using natural language * Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams * Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback; assists in training and development of system users * Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously; including new initiatives assigned to the group* Document system flow, system requirements and outputs to conform to established organizational standards * Develop detail plans and schedules to insure that tasks and activities are performed on time * Consistently verify that system features are meeting customer needs * Communicate critical information within the team and between teams quickly, accurately, and openly * Clarify system specifications that facilitate ease in technical development * Take quick firm action to obtain information to resolve problems * Other duties as assigned; including but not limited to, data entry administration and ad-hoc report creation using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required: Business Administration, Communications, Management, Computer Information Systems or a computer-related field. * Minimum 5 years working knowledge of systems life cycles, including conversion planning and performance; strong MS Excel, MS Access and SQL, Windows, and communications protocols; diagnostic, troubleshooting tools and techniques; current systems analysis, development, programming, testing and implementation tools and techniques; and project management tools and techniques* Must be able to strategize, analyze, interpret and summarize results* Excellent Organizational Skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts* Training and or public presentation experience preferred
