CES, Inc. has an indefinite opportunity available with a major automotive supplier for a Call Canter Manager.

Job Description

Responsible for documenting and communicating program rules to the call center agents, support development of training documentation, monitor reports on call center performance and work with IT to develop and maintain systems and applications. The candidate will be responsible to compile and analyze large amounts of data to determine corrective actions. They will also be responsible for tracking and reporting all action plans, projects and benefits. Must be able to prepare presentations for senior management as required.The candidate must also have technical ability to learn call center telephony, menus, ACD and IVR processes.

Qualifications

Candidate must have strong computer and communication skills. Team work and the ability to multitask are also required.  Must be able to prepare presentations for senior management as required. The candidate must also have technical ability to learn call center telephony, menus, ACD and IVR processes. BA Degree is required.
