CES, Inc. has an indefinite opportunity available with a major automotive supplier for a Project Manager II.
Job Description
Project Manager Intermediate Oversee highlevel programs and teams of technical resources. Must organize, manage, control, and direct all activities for the program. Lead status meetings with project team. Make presentation on the program status to management and directors. Implement and streamline consistent processes across project teams. Develop and maintain project documentation such as project schedule, project log, meeting minutes, and project categorization. Faciliate meetings with business partners to resolve complex problems and review project updates. Familiar with a variety of the fields concept, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under general supervision, typically reports to a team lead or supervisor/manager. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area and eight plus years of experience in the field or in a related area. - Engineering degree is a requirement- Prefer Powertrain experience- Self starter is a must- Able to process information and determine next steps
Qualifications
* Demonstrate strength in overseeing various systems projects of a highly complex nature
* Demonstrate strength in assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completing of project and meeting deadlines of project.
* Demonstrate ability to build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with customers at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
