Job Description
Trillium Staffing is seeking a Maintenance/Fixture Builder that will be responsible for designs, fabricates, builds and repairs fixtures and maintains equipment. Candidate also repairs tool, dies, fixtures and equipment by studying blue prints, sketches and specs to aid in design and layout of fixtures, tools and equipment using precision measuring devices.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintain and repair fixtures, tooling and equipment, operating tool equipment.
- Working with hydraulic, pneumatic, welding and machine repairs as needed.
- Recondition existing machinery and equipment.
- Creating prototypes and sample parts as needed as well as fabricate parts using machine shop equipment.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have successfully completed a basic electrical class, basic pneumatics and hydraulics class as well and have two to four years minimum experience in a related filled.
