CES, Inc. has an indefinite opportunity available with a major automotive supplier for a Specialty Engineer.
Job Description
The Specialty Engineer must have strong wiring, E/E systems and problem diagnosis skills, including strong knowledge of vehicle electrical architectures and experience in the use of advanced vehicle diagnostic tools. Strong leadership skills required to act as root cause analysis team leader to resolve and address prototype vehicle electrical issues - must be able to determine root cause and direct other team members to fix issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- 2 years’ experience working with vehicle electrical systems.
- Strong wiring, E/E systems and problem diagnosis skills required, including strong knowledge of vehicle electrical architectures and experience in the use of advanced vehicle diagnostic tools.
- Strong leadership skills required to act as root cause analysis team leader to resolve and address prototype vehicle electrical issues.
- Must be able to determine root cause and direct other team members to fix issues.
- Development or validation Ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience.
