Job Description
Review, analyze, and evaluate various systems operations. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure timely resolution. Performs advance root cause analysis and develops checklists for typical problems. Provide technical support on a variety of issues. Escalate problems to next level support professionals when necessary. Typically responsible for acting on existing trouble tickets established in the tracking system. Works with user community to remotely to solve moderately complex tickets. Manage the requests from Engineering/Quality/Suppliers for TeleDiagnostic data:* Prioritize requests for TeleDiagnostic data with the supplier* Write up Engineering/Quality/Vehicle Supplier requests for the TeleDiagnostic supplier* Perform analysis of all special data reports before providing information to Engineering* Monitor TeleDiagnostic website features and functionality
Qualifications
Required:
* B.S. degree in Engineering or Automotive
Technology Required:
* Extensive Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) Microsoft Access experience. Strong diagnostic, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
* Must be a self-motivated individual with a willingness to serve others. * Complete automotive fundamentals understanding * electrical* electronic * diagnostic* mechanical* hydraulic
Desired skills:
* CAN Bus experience a plus* Understanding diagnostic protocols (KWP 2000 and UDS) desired
