Job Description
Trillium Staffing is seeking a Credit Clerk for immediate openings with our clients Accounting Department. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client! Pay range to $12 per hour.
Some of the basic elements of the job are:
-Handling and maintaining records of NSF checks.
-Incoming payment reconciliation and application to customer accounts.
-Set up new customer accounts with credit application reporting to the Credit Manager.
-Communicate with sales staff; reporting of customer account status; planning.
-Work with sales staff and customers to solve statement issues.
-Collection of past-due amounts and follow-up with customers and sales reps.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have a strong knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts and strong credit experience, including a successful history of managing account funds within net range. Pay range to $12 per hour.
