A local manufacturing company is looking for an experienced CMM Operator to join their team!
Job Description
The CMM Programmer will confirm credibility of products at various stages of the production process and compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Run CMM machine
•Produce layouts
•Read Blue Prints
•Accurately recognize datum
•Perform a wide variety of technical assignments
•Preparation of data and reports
•Perform basic analysis
•Review products for physical and technical acceptance
•Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards
•Recommends improvements to the system
Qualifications
- Previous experience running CMM Machines
- Ability to product layouts and read blue prints
- Computer operation and software abilities
- Prefer knowledge of algebra, trigonometry and GD&T
