We have an immediate opening for a Class A CDL Driver for a direct hire opportunity with our client in the Woodridge, IL area.
Job Description
The ideal driver should have a Class A CDL License. We have an immediate opening for a professional, safe, customer service oriented driver. Driver must have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented!
-Full Time, permanent position working days (5:30am to 3-4pm)
-$18.50 to $22 per hour
-Occasional Saturdays
-Overtime after 40 Hours
-LTL; Drop skid with electric pallet jack
-Local work
-Late model equipment
-Home daily
-Paid Weekly
Qualifications
Qualified Drivers must possess:
-CDL Class A license
-Three years current CDLA driving experience
-Hazmat endorsement a plus, but not required
-No Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) violations in past seven years.
-No license suspensions last 5 years (unless for other than moving violation).
-No more than 3 moving violations in the past three years.
-No more than 2 minor preventable accidents (less than $5000 damage) within the last 3 years.
-No major preventable accidents within the last year. A major preventable is defined as an accident of more than $5000 in damage OR an accident as a result of a U-turn, lane change, rear end collision or any accident that resulted in a rollover.
-No excessive speeding or reckless driving (more than 15 over limit) in past three years.
