CES Inc. has an opportunity available with our client, a large automotive manufacturer, for a Software Engineer. This is a full time position.
Job Description
The Software Engineer will use of-the-shelve tools to track the progress of the controls development in the area of electric motor controls.
Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD degree or equivalent in electrical engineering.
- Good analytical skills and experience with Matlab/Simulink/TargetLink.
- Know-how in SW tool chain customization, adaptation, initial set-up and maintenance (example Polyspace, ModelExaminer, BTC Embedded Tester, TPT, etc.).
- Strong academic training in automatic control theories.
- Good oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and with suppliers.
- Experience with embedded SW development and autocoding is a plus.
