Job Description
Trillium Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturer to assist them in their search for an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct hire position!
Responsibilities include:
*Training associates
*Planning, assigning, and directing work
*Appraising performance
*Rewarding and disciplining associates *Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units. This position will eventually grow into a Plant Manager position.
Qualifications
Requirements: BA from a 4 year college Composites experience preferred Good safety record Microsoft Office Excel- Intermediate proficiency Microsoft Office Word - Intermediate proficiency Microsoft Office Outlook- Intermediate proficiency Numerical Reasoning & Ability Professional verbal communication skills Professional written communication skills Client prefers someone who is within 30 minutes of the Belding area
